We want every Rurin Wear customer to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or personal preference changes after purchase.
We genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. So before placing your order we strongly encourage you to:

Read the full product description including fabric, length, and fit details

Look through all product photographs

Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email before ordering if you have any doubt about sizing or the product our team is always happy to help you choose the right piece

When We Accept Returns
We completely own our mistakes. If an error has occurred from our end we will resolve it for you immediately at no cost. We accept returns and offer full refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✅ You received a wrong product different from what you ordered
✅ You received a wrong size different from what you selected at checkout
✅ You received a damaged or defective item
✅ Your package arrived with a missing item
In all of the above cases the return pickup will be arranged by us and you will not have to bear any shipping cost.
How to Report an Issue
If you have received a wrong, damaged, or defective item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

Refund Process
Once your return is verified and approved by our team:
