5. Orders

  • By placing an order you confirm that all information provided including name, address, and contact details is accurate and complete.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is successfully placed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified. Please review your cart carefully before confirming.

  • We accept the following payment methods  Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available.

  • We do not store your card details, UPI ID, or banking credentials on our servers.

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

  • In case of a payment failure, any amount debited from your account will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5 to 7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

 

 

7. Shipping

  • We ship across India.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

 

 

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

  • To cancel an order please contact us immediately at rurinwear@gmail.com .

  • Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

 

9. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
