Our Commitment

At Rurin Wear we understand how exciting it is to wait for a new kurti. We work hard to make sure your order is packed carefully and dispatched as quickly as possible so it reaches you in perfect condition and without unnecessary delay.

 


 

Where We Ship

We currently ship across all states and union territories in India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pin code please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

 


 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched along with your tracking details.

Please note these are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges if applicable will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment. There are no hidden charges.

 


 

Cash on Delivery

  • Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes across India.

  • A nominal COD handling fee may be applicable and will be shown at checkout.

  • Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that account.

 


 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive:

  • An email with your tracking number and courier partner name

  • An SMS with a direct tracking link

You can track your order at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email or SMS

  • Visiting our website and entering your order number in the Track Order section

  • Emailing us at support@rurinwear.in with your order number

 


 

Delayed Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • High volume periods such as festive seasons and sale events

  • Weather disruptions or natural events

  • Courier operational issues

  • Remote delivery locations

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at rurinwear@gmail.com and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf immediately.

 


 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available at the address or the address was incorrect:

  • The courier will make up to 2 additional delivery attempts

  • After all attempts are exhausted the package will be returned to us

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery

  • Redelivery charges will apply

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order to avoid failed deliveries.

 


 

Damaged in Transit

In the rare case that your order arrives with damaged outer packaging or a damaged product please:

  • Take photographs of the package and item immediately

  • Contact us at rurinwear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

 


 

Important Notes

  • Rurin Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched from our end.

  • We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Shipping timelines do not include Sundays and public holidays.

  • During festive seasons and sale periods delivery timelines may be slightly longer than usual.
